SALE- AND DELIVERY TERMS

These sales and delivery terms apply to the purchase of goods on www.OS-365.dk.

A legally binding agreement between you and os-365.dk is only established when you receive an order confirmation by email. Until you receive an order confirmation, OnlineShoppen365 is entitled to cancel your order entirely or partially, for example, due to pricing and text errors or out-of-stock items. If this happens, you will be notified by email.

When you place an order on os-365.dk, you will automatically receive an email indicating the items you have ordered. This email serves as an order confirmation/electronic receipt, confirming that we have received your order. At this point, no legally binding agreement has been made between you and OnlineShoppen365.

The agreements are made in Danish.

The right of withdrawal for 14 days applies only to private consumers who purchase through www.os-365.dk. Business entities do not have the right of withdrawal.

 

Prices

The prices listed on OS-365.dk are daily prices inclusive of VAT and other taxes, depending on the product type, the price is specified in Danish kroner per piece, per package, or per carton.

 

Payment

At OnlineShoppen365, we offer several fee-free payment methods, and below you can see which ones are fee-free and which ones have card fees.

The amount is charged to your card only when the goods are shipped from OS-365.dk. We never withdraw a larger amount than what you have approved at the time of purchase.

If you have ordered multiple items, and one of the items is on backorder, we will only charge payment for that item when it is shipped.

Prices are in Danish kroner. Shipping costs are added to the price. You choose the shipping method at the end of the ordering process.

 

 

Delivery 

Shipping cost for deliverie inside of Denmark.

All items are shipped with PostNord, GLS, DAO or Bring, and most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days if they are in stock.

Delivery time GLS: 1-3 business days.

Delivery time Bring: 1-3 business days.

Delivery time PostNord: 1-3 business days.

Delivery time with DAO: 2-4 business days.

Due to supply and demand, there may be slightly longer delivery times for some products and variants.

For certain products marked as special order items, delivery time may be up to 2 to 3 weeks, as indicated on the product page.

If you choose to pick up at a Parcel Shop/box, you accept that the shipping company may choose to redirect the package to an alternative pickup location if the box is full or the package is too large. This may occur during particularly busy periods.

If, for various reasons, we are unable to use the selected carrier/shipping company, we reserve the right to choose another of the shipping companies from which we offer shipping/delivery.

 

Shipping prices with deliveries in Denmar:

OnlineShoppen365 offers free shipping to Parcel Shop with either Bring, DAO, or GLS for orders over DKK 500.00 (excluding shipping) and for orders with delivery to Parcel Shop on mainland islands.

ATTENTION! Customers with a CVR number and EAN number can only order
goods to a business address and free shipping is not offered.

Weight per shipment package.

One shipment package/box from OnlineShoppen365 weighs a maximum of 15 to20 kg. If your order weighs more than 20 kg, the total order weight will be divided into multiple shipment packages, with a maximum of 15 to 20 kg. in each package.

If your order is over 60 kg, you will automatically have the option to choose "contact me regarding shipping" in your order process, after which customer service will contact you regarding the shipping on your order.

OS-365 delivery and pickup.

If you live in postal code 2300, 2770, or 2791, you will be offered delivery with OS-365. Our own driver delivers on Tuesdays and Thursdays between approximately 17:30 and 19:30.

Pickup is free, and if you choose this delivery option, we will automatically contact you to arrange a time.

This way, you also have the option to arrange pickup during non-business hours.

(Pickup is only offered to local customers with postal codes up to 4600).

All orders with delivery to non-mainland islands in Denmark or outside Denmark's borders are subject to shipping costs regardless of order size.

Our shipping prices for customers with delivery outside Denmark are listed in Danish Kroner in the table below. Different carriers are used for shipments outside Denmark.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If the item is not in stock, customer service will contact you via email to provide an expected delivery date.

If, for various reasons, you enter the wrong address, email, or delivery information, leading to a return of the order to OnlineShoppen365 due to an unknown address or similar, we reserve the right not to refund the expense of the order's delivery and return, i.e., double shipping costs, regardless of the order size.

 

Availability status

Below are the various types of inventory status briefly described.

 

  • In Stock

The order is shipped within 1-2 business days (95% of all orders are shipped the same day).

 

  • Available in remote stock

The order is shipped within 2 to 4 business days after receiving the order.

 

  • Pre-order

For some design-produced products and particularly exclusive brands, we cannot guarantee a fixed delivery time. This is because there is often a limited edition/production or a seasonal item, and to still offer these products, we provide a delivery solution called preorder for these products. When ordering such a product, you will subsequently receive a more specific delivery date.

 

  • Non-stock products with up to 2 weeks delivery.

The item is not in stock and is specially ordered for each individual order.

 

  • Sold out

The item is sold out but will eventually be back in stock.

 

  • Sold out / discontinued

The item is sold out and discontinued from our range.

 

  • Last Chance

 Residual items, discounted items, demo items, discontinued items, items with a short shelf life cannot be returned.

 

 

Regretting your order

You have the right to withdraw from an agreement without giving any reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or another person you have chosen (excluding the carrier) physically receive the goods.

If you have ordered multiple items in one order and we cannot deliver the goods simultaneously, the withdrawal period runs from when you or another person you have chosen (excluding the carrier) physically receive the last item.

If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day.

 

This is how you use your right of refusing the order

You withdraw by notifying us that you wish to withdraw. You can, for example, send a letter or an email informing us that you are withdrawing to OnlineShoppen365. You cannot withdraw by refusing to receive the goods or by omitting to pick them up without simultaneously notifying us that you are withdrawing from the purchase.

You can use the statutory withdrawal form. You can find the link here. The form is also reproduced at the end of these sales and delivery terms, but it is not mandatory.

You can also fill out and submit the withdrawal form or any other unambiguous statement that you are withdrawing on our website www.OS-365.dk. If you do so, we will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal within 24 hours by email.

The withdrawal period is met if you send your notice of withdrawal within the withdrawal period.

 

Returning the product(s) and the return shipping cost

If you have regretted the purchase of an item, you must send or deliver the item to us at Møllelodden 4, 2791 Dragør, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to withdraw your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiration of the 14 days.

Goods cannot be sent cash on delivery or without delivery.

You must pay for the return of the item.

Return payment

When you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs, but not the return costs.

If you have chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the cheapest form of delivery we offer, you will not be refunded the additional cost.

We refund the amount without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date we received your notice of withdrawal.

However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided documentation that the goods have been returned.

We carry out such a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

 

Testing the product and the packaging

You are only responsible for any depreciation of the item's value that results from handling the item in a way other than what is necessary to establish the item's nature, properties, and the way it works.

 

Note: Do not break the packaging of creams, diapers, disposable, and sterile products. You can unpack them from the shipping box, but do not further unpack them if you want to preserve your right of withdrawal without a significant depreciation.

When buying hygienic products such as creams, diapers, and the like, the original packaging can constitute a significant part of the item's value. Therefore, always return the packaging to ensure that the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are met with the lowest possible depreciation. If it is a return of products for hygienic and intimate purposes, such as diapers, creams, sterile items, disposable items, and the like, the depreciation is assessed to constitute 100% of the total purchase amount when returning used items. This is because the item's original inner packaging is broken, and the item cannot be resold to another customer after returning but is destroyed according to applicable rules.

You may normally examine the item in the same way as you can and may in a store, but you must not use it. If you have used it in a way that you are not allowed or cannot in a store, and we cannot sell it again, or cannot sell it at the full price again, you must expect us to deduct a depreciation of 100% of the amount you should get back. Remember, you must return the item unopened in the original packaging.

You should also ensure that the item is properly packaged when you return it. You bear the risk of the package/items until we receive it. Therefore, keep the postage receipt and any track and trace number.

 

Claim - if there is something wring with the product

If you buy an item, and there is a defect in it – such as a material or manufacturing defect – the rules of the Sale of Goods Act apply.

You can complain about defects in the item within 24 months from the delivery date by contacting us at info@os-365.dk or by phone at 60 55 66 60.

We ask you to inform us as precisely as possible about the problem.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs.

Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging, and get a receipt for sending it. Keep the receipt, including information about shipping costs and any track and trace number.

 

Reparation

If the customer wishes to have an item repaired after the expiration of the complaint period, we will invoice 1 working hour at DKK 350.00 including VAT for handling the process.

Any shipping cost to the manufacturer and the manufacturer's price for the repair are added to the total repair invoice.

 

Information about claim options

A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be filed with the Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk.

The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used to file a complaint. It is especially relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. Complaints are submitted here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When filing a complaint, you must provide our email address info@OS-365.dk.

 

What do we use your personal data (GDPR - Personel Data Policy)

To enter into an agreement with us on OS-365.dk, we need the following information:

We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering the item to you.

Personal information is registered with OnlineShoppen365 ApS and is stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

When collecting personal information via our website, we ensure that it always happens with your express consent, so you are informed exactly what information is collected and why.

The director and employees of OnlineShoppen365 ApS have access to the information registered about you.

The data controller at health-on.dk is OnlineShoppen365 ApS.

We do not store customer information encrypted.

We do not transmit customer information encrypted.

Information given to OS-365.dk is not disclosed or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not register any sensitive personal information.

As a registered user at OnlineShoppen365 ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act, and any inquiries related to this should be directed to OnlineShoppen365 ApS via email info@OS-365.dk.

We use a web statistics on OS-365.dk, meaning that a statistical system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from, and where on the website it is left, etc.

The web statistics are only used to optimize OS-365.dk.
