Description/use:
OmniZink3 contains 20 mg of zinc per tablet.
The zinc used is a combination of three easily absorbable organic zinc sources: Pidolate, bisglycinate, and citrate. This contributes to effective absorption in the body.
Who may benefit from a zinc supplement:
The recommended daily reference intake for children over 11 years and adults is 10 mg of zinc. Most achieve this by eating a varied diet. However, a zinc supplement can be relevant.
