A mixture of mechanically cold-pressed plant oils with omega-3, omega-6 and DHA.
DHA is plant-based. DHA fatty acid best known from fish oil. Udo's Oil DHA 3, 6 Blend uses DHA-rich oil extracted from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp.

Do not heat or use for frying.
Daily dose : 10 or 20 ml - 2 or 4 tsp.
