Description/Application:

Sleep well - be less tired and exhausted*. TryptoN*AT is tryptophan combined with well-known herbs such as valerian, which provides better sleep, and vitamins and minerals, including magnesium, which relax your muscles and nerves, so you wake up feeling less tired and exhausted.

Tryptophan is an essential amino acid that is not produced in the body and, therefore, must be obtained through the diet. Tryptophan is converted into the hormone melatonin during the night, which is then converted to serotonin in daylight. Therefore, it is optimal to take tryptophan before bedtime - preferably with a spoonful of honey, as the sweet honey helps enhance the absorption of tryptophan.

Daily dose: For adults and children over 11 years: 3 capsules. The capsules are taken outside of meals - ideally at bedtime.
