Description/usage:
Your nose is running, your head feels heavy, your body feels tired and sluggish, and you know it — a cold is knocking.
You recognize the symptoms, and your first thought is often, "Oh no, how long does a cold last?" You quickly remember that it typically lasts 8–10 days and think resignedly that you can’t get better faster and that there’s no cure for a cold. You go through your calendar and appointments, hoping the cold will be mild so you can manage your busy schedule and keep all appointments. But in the back of your mind, discouragement lurks with thoughts of several sluggish days.
But you can actually do something to treat the cold and relieve the runny nose and other cold symptoms.
Echinaforce® is a natural medicine that relieves mild cold symptoms and increases resistance to colds. Regarding resistance, we’ll return to that, but first let’s look at the acute phase.
When the cold has set in, Echinaforce® can relieve typical symptoms such as:
-
Stuffy and runny nose
-
Mild cough and sneezing
-
Nasal discharge (snot)
The usual advice is warm drinks, rest, and patience. But if you combine the advice with the natural medicine Echinaforce®, you can relieve and ease the symptoms so the cold becomes milder and probably shorter.
Back to the preventive effect. After all, it is better to avoid the cold than to treat it. Echinaforce® supports the immune system and increases resistance to colds, so you have a chance against the average 2–3 colds you might catch yearly.
Tips:
Daily exercise in fresh air, healthy and varied diet, sufficient rest, and good hygiene help keep colds at bay.
If the nose gets congested, you can advantageously use the natural nasal spray Sinuforce, which opens the nose, is non-addictive, and can be used up to 30 days.
Echinaforce® is made from fresh Echinacea purpurea (Purple Coneflower) plants grown locally in Switzerland, following Alfred Vogel’s original recipe, and has been successful worldwide for over 50 years.
Echinaforce® can be used by everyone from 12 years and up. Usage and dosage are stated in the leaflet; read further information there.
