Description/use:

Original Silicea is nourishment for skin, hair and nails. Each capsule has a high concentration of mineral silicon (420 mg silicon dioxide which corresponds to 196 mg silicon) as well as selected vitamins and minerals for the care of skin, hair and nails.

Daily dose: Adults and children over 11 years: 1 capsule per day swallowed with liquid.

Mandatory text for dietary supplements: The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not replace a varied diet. Keep out of the reach of children. Should only be used by pregnant women and children under 1 year after agreement with a doctor or health nurse.

The capsule is divisible and can be mixed with liquid or in food. To achieve the best result, the capsules should be taken for at least 2-6 months.
