How Mepore Pro Works:
The backing film allows showering and protects the wound from water and external contamination. It also protects clothing and bedding from blood and exudate leakage.
The wound pad’s high absorption capacity combined with the outer film’s high permeability provides effective fluid management.
The polyacrylate adhesive is gentle on the skin while ensuring reliable fixation. The release paper is easy to remove, ensuring a sterile and simple application of the dressing.
The stability of the product’s material/film also facilitates easy application.
Areas of Use:
Mepore Pro can be used for a wide range of wounds with light to moderate exudate levels, including postoperative wounds, minor burns, cuts, and abrasions.
Dressing Changes:
The frequency of dressing changes depends on the condition of the wound.
To remove the dressing, gently lift the edge and slowly peel it off in the direction of hair growth.
