Description/Application:
Test strips for FreeStyle Precision, Precision Xceed, and Precision Xtra blood glucose meters. The device no longer requires calibration, so calibration chips are no longer included with the test strips.
Package Size: The test strips are individually packaged and delivered in boxes of 100 pieces.
Shelf Life after Opening: The test strips can be used until the specified expiration date.
Calibration: The device is calibrated for these test strips.
Measurement Range: The test strips are plasma-calibrated. Blood glucose can be measured within the range of 1.1-27.8 mmol/l.
Blood Volume: 0.6 μL of blood is required for a measurement. This means you can measure blood glucose in locations other than fingertips. However, there are certain uncertainties to be aware of when measuring in places other than fingers.
Storage Temperature: The test strips should be stored between +4°C and +30°C.
Operating Temperature: When performing a measurement, temperatures should be between +10°C and +50°C. Failure to adhere to this can result in inaccurate readings. Measurements can be taken up to 2195 meters above sea level without affecting the results.
IMPORTANT: You should read the package insert for the test strips, as there may be conditions under which you cannot obtain an accurate blood glucose measurement.
