Description/usage:
Hand-potentized homeopathic medicine containing active substances in highly diluted and processed form.
Daily dose:
Adults: 10 drops 3 times daily.
Children: 2–7 drops 3 times daily.
Acute dosing:
50 drops (children: 25 drops) in a glass of water, sipped over ½ hour.
or:
10 drops (children: 5 drops) every ½ hour throughout the day until noticeable improvement occurs.
Use with other medicine:
The remedy can be combined with conventional chemical medicine.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding:
The remedy can be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Effect and initial aggravation:
Taking homeopathic medicines may initially trigger a worsening of symptoms. This worsening is well known and described as an initial aggravation. It indicates that the remedy has activated a healing process in the body and that the body is trying to rid itself of the disease.
If severe initial aggravation occurs, intake of the remedy should be stopped for 1–2 days or until the worsening has completely subsided. Then treatment can be restarted with reduced dosage and gradual increase.
