In cases where an order consists of multiple items and one item is temporarily out of stock, we will generally suggest waiting and shipping the order together. Our experience shows that many customers are happy to wait a little longer when they know it reduces the number of shipments, resource consumption, and the number of visits required to the parcel shop. Of course, the decision is always yours, and partial delivery is usually possible. We will always find a solution that fits your needs.
When packing your order, we carefully select packaging that fits the contents as efficiently as possible. We aim to minimize package size without compromising the protection of your products. This helps reduce unnecessary empty space and limits the use of filling materials whenever possible. This approach optimizes transport efficiency and helps reduce overall packaging use and transportation resources.
For some larger, heavier, or more space-demanding products, we use direct shipping from the supplier, also known as drop-shipping. This means the product is shipped directly from the supplier to you, without first passing through our warehouse. This eliminates an additional transport stage, reducing transport distance, handling, and overall resource consumption. At the same time, fewer handling stages reduce the risk of transport damage.
