When goods are shipped in many small consignments, it increases transportation needs and, consequently, the overall impact on the climate. Therefore, we generally consolidate our orders so that multiple products are transported together. In this way, we can reduce the number of deliveries and use resources more responsibly.
At the same time, we understand that your needs as a customer always come first. If an item is urgent or requires faster availability, we will of course find a suitable solution. For us, it is about finding the right balance between excellent service and responsible decision-making – and we continuously work to improve both.
When products arrive at our warehouse, our focus on responsible resource use continues. Many of the cardboard boxes and packaging materials we receive from our suppliers can be reused. If the packaging is clean, intact, and suitable for its purpose, we reuse it whenever possible instead of discarding it. This means that some of the packages you receive from us may be packed using reused packaging. We do this intentionally to reduce waste and extend the lifespan of materials that have already been produced.
For us, reuse is not a compromise on quality – it is an active choice to take responsibility. We always ensure that the packaging protects your products properly and meets our standards for safe and secure delivery.
