Badenanstalten started in a small kitchen in 2002 by Iben Holm with a small range of handmade soaps and it quickly got bigger and then they got premises in Nørresundby.

Badeanstalten products are produced in Denmark and they exclusively use natural, pure, Danish and as far as possible local raw materials, such as honey or birch sap.

Badenanstalten comments on their products - Our desire is to create wonderful sensory experiences that are not wrapped in magical sales pitches, only faith in the good ingredients in the perfect mix. We are driven by the desire to create honest products that do not promise more than they can deliver. We usually say that our soaps wash your skin clean, while the creams and oils moisturize and care for your skin. That's it - nothing more, nothing less.
