Description/Use:

SylliFlor consists of crispy and tasty psyllium husks that do not stick. This product is easy to consume daily. When taken with liquid, SylliFlor forms a gel-like substance that provides fullness in the stomach and intestines, stimulates intestinal movement, and helps promote soft and regular bowel movements.

Daily dose: For adults and children from 12 years: 6 g, 1-3 times daily. Strength per unit: 4 g dietary fiber per 6 g dose.

The amount you need to take for effect is individual. Some people find a lower dose sufficient, while others may need up to 25 g per day. It can be taken as a crunchy topping on breakfast cereals, stirred into a drink, or eaten directly from a spoon and washed down with water.

It is important to drink 1-2 glasses of liquid along with a dose of SylliFlor. SylliFlor reduces the transit time in the intestines and may affect the absorption of medication, so it should be taken at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after taking medication. Increased fiber intake may cause bloating, gas, or stomach discomfort. It is recommended to start with half the dose and gradually increase the amount. Any discomfort typically disappears after a few days. SylliFlor is gluten-free.
