Longo Vital Feminin with herbs, vitamins, and minerals. With a high iron content. For menstruating women from 15 years old. Vitamins A, B6, C, and D contribute to a normally functioning immune system. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion. Zinc, niacin, and vitamin A contribute to the maintenance of normal skin.
