Description/use:

Valerina Forte is a natural remedy with valerian root extract, used for restlessness and sleep problems.

Dose:

Anxiety: Usually 1-3 tablets daily. Maximum 4 tablets daily.

Difficulty sleeping: Usually 1-3 tablets before bedtime. Maximum 4 tablets daily. Take with a glass of water.

Extract of Valeriana offcinalis L. sl, radix 120-170 mg corresponding to 1200 mg valerian root.
