How to use a mask (Source Danish Health Authority) .

1. Before: Wash hands or use hand sanitizer.

2. Find the front side. It is usually the colored side.

3. Cover the nose and mouth with the mask and fasten it behind the ears.

4. Make sure the mask is completely tight against your face.

5. Do not touch the mask during use. Change it often and immediately if it is wet or dirty.

6. When taking the mask off, grasp the elastic loops and do not touch the mask itself. Throw it away immediately.

7. After: Wash hands or use hand sanitizer

Remember that the best you can do to avoid infection, is to follow the National Board of Health's general advice. Masks can in special situations be used as extra protection to avoid infection - if used correctly.
