Description/Usage:

Super D-vitamin contains 85 µg of D3 vitamin per tablet.

D-vitamin:

• Contributes to the function of your immune system
• Helps maintain your bones
• Supports normal muscle function
• Helps maintain your teeth
• Aids in the absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus
• Contributes to normal blood calcium levels
• Influences cellular division in the body

D-vitamin is fat-soluble and should be taken with meals containing fat for proper absorption. The sun is the most important source of D-vitamin, as it is naturally produced in the skin when exposed to sunlight. Fatty fish is also a source of D-vitamin.

Daily dosage: For adults and children over 11 years: 1 tablet, to be taken with a meal.

Who needs a D-vitamin supplement?

The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration and the Danish Health Authority recommend daily D-vitamin supplements for the following groups:
