Usage/Description:
Cosmopor Advance is a self-adhesive, absorbent dressing with DryBarrier Technology, which means that the wound pad consists of superabsorbent fibers (SAF), which quickly absorb exudate* and liquid - even under pressure. The exudate is stored in the upper layer and protects the wound from rewetting. The pad's contact surface is coated with a polyethylene mesh, which ensures that the dressing does not stick to the wound and can be removed again without the person feeling pain.
